Personal Training Information


This class mixes traditional calisthenic and body weight exercises with interval and strength training. This is a fun class for all fitness levels that is guarenteed to make you sweat!


Incorporating alignment, breakdown of basic poses and breath awareness, this class moves at a pace just right for you. Perfect for beginners!

SilverSneakers YogaStretch

Will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of poses designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movemnet. Restorative exercises and final relaxation will perform stress reduction and mental clarity.


Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, a SilverSneakers® ball is offered for resistance and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.

Spin (Group Cycling)

30-45 minutes of spinning! Spinning is a great way to exercise while also improving your cardiovascular endurance. This class will get your heart pumping!

Toning Fitness Ball

This class is exactly what is sounds like. Tone the entire body, strengthen your core and improve stability muscles all in one class!

Total Body Toning

This is a high-impact HIIT style class that will get your heart rate up quick. This class uses a variety of exercises in a circuit style workout. This is a fun class for any fitness level!


This class fuses hyptonic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will boy you away!


This yoga class is a fusion of Iyengar, Hatha and Astanga styles of yoga. This class emphasizes correct alignment and moving with breath. Practiced on a regular basis, these powerful techniques build strength, balance and flexibility; enhance concentration and body awareness, reduce anxiety, stress and pain.
